Kelly Garcia is SOM

Kelly Garcia is the Bloom High School December Student of the Month for the Rotary Club of Chicago Heights and Park Forest. She is a sophomore, a member of the Bloom District band, is admired by her teachers, enjoys her Math and Art classes the most, and plans on going to college to pursue a career in the visual arts. Kelly received her award at the December 13 Rotary Club meeting. Please congratulate her on this award.
