Chromebook Return for Trail

• Tuesday, May 25^th 12:30pm to 3:00pm– at Bloom Trail on the Cottage Grove side of the building.  In-person students will turn in their Chromebooks before leaving at 11:20am.
• Wednesday, May 26^th– 11:00am-1:00pm– buses will be making stops in our neighborhoods for students to meet them and drop off their Chromebook.  Please see the attached schedule for bus stops and times.
• Thursday, May 27^th– 8:00am-3:00pm– at Bloom Trail on the Cottage Grove side of the building.

When you drop off the Chromebook and charger, a member of the tech staff will give it a visual inspection, looking for cracked screens, missing keys, etc.  You will then receive a receipt for the device noting whether damage was noted.  Please note- If we discover damage later that was not visible (i.e. the keyboard no longer works because liquid was spilled on it), your child’s account will be charged for the repair or replacement.

Whether dropping off at the building or at the buses please adhere to the following:

• Please wear a mask
• Maintain social distance from others who are dropping off devices
• Know your/your student’s ID number
• Have the Chromebook open for faster visual inspection
• Don’t forget the charger
• If you have a wifi hotspot, we will need that charger as well
