When you drop off the Chromebook and charger, a member of the tech staff will give it a visual inspection, looking for cracked screens, missing keys, etc. You will then receive a receipt for the device noting whether damage was noted. Please note- If we discover damage later that was not visible (i.e. the keyboard no longer works because liquid was spilled on it), your child’s account will be charged for the repair or replacement.
